John Buginas

I am a graduate student at California State University at Stanislaus, working on my MA degree  in psychology. I have done web development since 1992, and have been in the software development business since 1978. My CV is at LinkedIn. I do business process analysis, site design, development, integration, deployment, photography, graphics,  and ongoing support.

My software development strategy is to start with a functional analysis, taking into consideration the needs of a website’s visitors, then rapidly deploy small business websites using open-source software. I am to empower my clients with control over their website design and content. I can set you up with hosting services as part of my work with you. My preferred platforms are WordPress and Joomla.
